It resets your machine, clears residue, and lets our formulas perform at their absolute best. When you receive your order, we recommend shaking your bottles well, as you may notice a slight creamy coat on the top. This is normal and will not harm you fabrics. This happens naturally as the products cure before your purchase and it helps to redistribute the fragrance oils and naturally derived surfactants.
